If you're pregnant and are rushing to the hospital to have your baby, maybe take alternate transportation, instead of using a Taxi Cab. Why you ask? Well apparently a woman in the U.K. took a cab to the hospital when she was going into labor. The cab was going about 40 mph when she all of a sudden gave birth to her daughter in the back of the taxi cab!

Her name is Farah Cacanindin, who is 26 years old. She has just left the hospital for her routine check up for her pregnancy. She suddenly went into labor on her taxi ride home. She was able to deliver her baby girl, Naia by herself, all while the cab drive kept driving.  The taxi driver called the hospital to tell them the were on the way back. The baby and mom were both checked out and sent hope with the ok from the doctors.

Now days later, she was sent a bill by the taxi company for 90 pounds or about $100 U.S. Dollars for the cab ride back to the hospital and a clean up fee. Farah thought it was a bit excessive. She said, "I understand that I did make a mess but it's a bit cheeky to have charged me."

So if you're looking to not have any unexpected expenses for your child birth in the U.K., maybe not take a cab next time? We have more on this story and other weird and wacky stories in today's Other News!
