As much as most people don't want to hear her song, it always is the top seller and most played Christmas song every season. And she makes a killing on royalties from the song as well. But is that enough for Mariah? Does she want more?
Every year, once Halloween ends, immediately we start hearing Christmas themes and music. Mariah's "All I Want For Christmas Is You" is pushed on the people so hard! Martha Stewart made a plea to Mariah to not skip over Thanksgiving. Don't go straight from Halloween to Christmas.
Stewart said, "Mariah, you know me, I'm a traditionalist with a twist. You cannot give up Thanksgiving just because you don't like turkey!" She then said, "I love turkey, and many, many other people love turkey, so do not think we are going to give up Thanksgiving just because you say so!"
So is it really cause Mariah hates turkey that she want's to skip Thanksgiving? Or is it that she want's to get those royalties rolling earlier, so she can make more money? Either way, Martha wasn't having it and put Mariah Carey in her place!
