A teen shot video of herself covering her eyes as her dad shocks her with a 'Hickey' cake. The Mike & Carla Morning Show  thought it a little odd at what Dad had written on the cake...and you're going to be just as surprised when she reads it out loud!

Not sure how most Dad's feel about this, but it was time to open the talk and text lines to hear your "hickey" stories this morning...and to our surprise, people weren't shy! Now think about it, if you actually got one when you were young, do you think your Dad would have gone out to get a cake to celebrate? Mike O'Brian admitted that as much as he might be a little old fashion, in now way would he have done it had either one of his daughters came home with one!

Carla Rea remembers her first one back in Jr. High, then thinking she might have to wear a scarf around her neck to hide it...which is the biggest giveaway that you really have one! One the other hand, some listeners thought of it as a sign of "true love"...not sure how that worked out.

So as you think of your years in junior high or even your years in high school, it wasn't hard to spot who was having more fun than you just by the hickey on their neck! On the other hand, there were some that would give themselves those "self-inflicted" hickies just so they could make someone jealous! We know that seems a little odd, but think of the times back in the 70s or even the 80s...sometimes you just had to do what you had to do!

Listen to the segment and enjoy your own flashback to innocent years and if you can relate, it's never too late to call into The M&C Morning Show!
