New Arcade Opens On The Las Vegas Strip
There’s a hot new arcade that just opened on the Las Vegas strip, as part of the Bally’s remodel. Earlier this year it was announced that Bally’s Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas was rebranding. Caesar’s Entertainment announced that it would be changed to Horseshoe Las Vegas. According to Caesar’s, the Horseshoe brand is known for “gaming, poker and making it right for the gambler.” They claim the brand was started “by gamblers, for gamblers” and that the brand is known for its no-limit betting. (Travel Agent Central).
An expected “gaming” option is the new ARCADE. It’s a 7,000-square foot arcade with over 80 games. According to a news release, the ARCADE promises a high-energy, and multi-sensory experience for its guests (Fox5Vegas). The games include classic favorites like Skee-Ball, air hockey, and claw games. There are also classics like King Kong and Mission Impossible. But those got a shove into modern gaming with virtual reality options.
One thing that won’t be like the arcades we remember is there is no place to put your cash in the machines. The ARCADE is a totally cashless venue. Instead patrons will have cards that they can load and reload. Cash can be used for that, but not at the machines themselves. And instead of traditional tickets for game-playing, players accumulate points on their cards. Prizes can be redeemed that way.
General Manager and SVP, Jason Gregorec, promises “The ARCADE captivates guests with its larger-than-life games and electric atmosphere”, according to fox5vegas.com. The ARCADE is located on the first floor of Horseshoe Las Vegas, right next to the food court. It’s open at 10:00 am, 7 days a week. Open until 11:00pm Monday through Thursday and until midnight Friday through Sunday.
The ARCADE is currently open for game play, but is still being developed. A bar area is expected to come soon as well.

New Bagel Hotspot Opens In Downtown Summerlin Las Vegas
Bagels are a necessity for every breakfast meal. We said what we said. The Bagel Nook is Vegas‘ newest spot for everything bagels.
Recently opened in late September, locals were eager to get their hands on the doughy goodness. The new shop is located inside Downtown Summerlin, at 11010 Lavender Dr. Las Vegas, Nevada, 89135.
But this isn’t just any bagel shop and here’s why.
Their bagel engineers are geniuses when it comes to crafting the perfect bite. They are home to the Original Overload Bagels, which are bagels filled and topped with cream cheese, cereals, fruits and more!
You may have seen a few viral TikTok‘s going around with bagels smothered in delicious outsides. Three of their popular toppings feature Fruit Pebbles, Oreo and Captain Crunch.
Bagel connoisseurs have 25 “crazy” cream cheese flavors to choose from. The combination of toppings and cream cheeses are just about endless.
The Bagel Nook offers more than just bagels. Their menu features egg breakfast platters, omelets, breakfast sandwiches, pancakes, baked goods, paninis, burgers and salads.
Plant based customers also have vegan options upon request. They posted in an Instagram comment to a customer saying, “most of our bagels are vegan.”
Their menu features an iconic “overload” called “The Elvis” which is a French toast bagel with peanut butter swirl cream cheese on both sides, sliced bananas and bacon in the center.
If you haven’t already… Check out their holiday bagels. During October they have a pumpkin shaped bagel. Super adorable.
We are very happy to see a new bagel hangout in Vegas. This is the third location to be opened within the company. Two others exist in Freehold, NJ and Princeton, NJ. The establishment has future plans of expanding to more locations in 2023.
Look for The Nook squeezed between Capriotti’s Sandwhich shop and Panda Express.
Hours of Operation:
Sunday – Monday: 6 a.m. to 5 p.m.
