Thousands of fans are not happy in Missouri. Garth Brooks recently performed at the Thunder Ridge Nature Arena. But as he started the show, there were thousands of empty seats. Why? There was a hug grid lock on the way in. Bumper to bumper traffic caused concert goers to have to resort to park at a fruit farm. They had 2 busses transporting people to and from the fruit farm to the venue, causing people to be late or even miss the entire show completely.  Each bus only holding 54 people at at time!

The following day, those thousands of people were demanding a full refund, trying to get ahold of Ticketmaster for their refund, spending hours on the phone.  The answer most are getting are that the venue has to ok the refund for the ticket guru to even release a refund.

As of now, people are getting refunds for parking, but only a few have received their refunds for the tickets, which were $200 and up. It seems like the thousands of phone calls and complaints are starting to work though and these people will most likely get their refunds, but with no exact time frame.

Garth Brooks hasn't responded to the issue, but it's really not his fault. It's the venues fault for not properly setting up proper transportation or traffic guidance.  But we're almost certain Garth would agree about refunds.
