NEW YORK – DECEMBER 20: At 3:50am Tuesday morning, the Union Square Station of the New York City subway system was virtually empty on December 20, 2005 in New York City. The subway and bus strike called by the Transport Workers Union 100 is expected to affect more than 7 million riders. (Photo by Michael Nagle/Getty Images)

All the man was wearing was a right sock, and he was sprawled out on the ground while he was apparently restrained. Then he broke free and proceeded to run around naked across the subway platform, and around the subway columns. At one point, the naked man stopped running and started to break dance across the platform floor - PARTY TIME!
The man immediately had a crowd of people watching the cheap entertainment! At one point, he even stumbled on to a subway car, startling the people in there, causing them all to quickly run out.
Now if you think this is something you don't see everyday - in New York - you would be wrong. Situations like this have been happening a lot in New York for decades, and NYPD fail to show in a majority of these situations, leaving people wondering why? Especially when the mayor promised to crack down on subway crime. However, that's a tough one because of the sheer volume of people in The Big Apple.
