A nudist camp in Florida was looking for some entertainment, so they hired a Frank Sinatra impersonator! His name is David Alacey, and David is one of the more well known Sinatra Impersonators who will sin all the huge hits and classics. David did just that in front of a crowd that were completely naked at a resort located in Kent.
When he was hired, he said he wondered what they were expecting as far as the act, but he did say they paid him and he got to keep his clothes on. When he arrived, no one had anything on except for David. He said, "It was very strange, but I'll perform anywhere if I'm being paid." Which is the attitude you should have when making money!
David said performing for a completely naked crowd is a very different experience for him. And David has been doing his Sinatra impersonations for his entire career.
David mentioned, "At the end of any performance, the audience gets up for New York, New York and they usually want to sway and move about. When that happened at the nudist resort, it was quite different. I was watching the audience kicking their legs to the song! It was the most unusual job I've ever done!"
The good news for David, he was so beloved by the crowd of people at the resort, they hired him back!
