She wrote a note and put it between her butt cheeks, so when her gastroenterologist started the colonoscopy, he would find the note. The note said, " Good Morning, We've been trying to reach you about your cars extended warranty." If you think about it, it's pretty funny. No harm is done. What's more great about this prank, the doctor put it in the procedure notes that he found a note when starting the procedure.
