Mark Wilson / Staff via Getty ImagesDeputy, Ralph Weaver is his name! He's been charged with a count of obstruction of justice and one count of Identity deception. The 37 year old turned himself in after he posed as a new Police officer in an email. Now both charges are considered felony charges.
The email was sent on behalf of a new officer about allegations of officer misconduct and how the issues were never addressed. When the department contacted that officer, he said he had no idea what they were talking about. After much investigating it was found out that Ralph had sent the email as the new officer to stay anonymous. Well that didn't work out for him, did it?
