[Joe Raedle / Staff] via Getty ImagesIn Michigan, a police officer was driving down the road when he saw a woman twerking in the passenger seat of a car. He noticed her dancing on the dashboard of the car, with her behind facing the windshield.
The officer pulled over the car and realized the driver and the woman were under the influence. The officer saw two red cups filled with a liquid. Both the driver and girl said it was juice, but the officer also saw an open bottle of tequila on the floor.
The driver and the woman got tickets for open bottle in a motor vehicle. The two could end up spending up to 90 days in jail for the misdemeanor charge. Also looking at a possible $100 fine and community service.
