Bacon-Themed Restaurant Coming Soon To Las Vegas
Get your forks ready, people! A new bacon-themed restaurant is open in Downtown Las Vegas!
Located on the second floor of the D Las Vegas, the new eatery replaced what was the D Grill. This change was part of a whole second floor remodel that the casino is doing.
I know. I’m drooling too. And we haven’t even talked about the menu yet! The chef behind some other well-loved Vegas eateries is joining in on this project. So you know the food at his bacon-themed restaurant is going to be ridiculous. Josh Green has brought Las Vegas residents yummy tummy-happiness at places like Greens & Proteins and Skinny Fats. And we can’t wait to see what he does with a bacon menu! According to KTNV in Las Vegas, the menu will have 14 different bacon varieties, so Green will have a lot of flavors to work with. Those flavors include teriyaki, lemon pepper, applewood, brown sugar, truffle, bourbon and chocolate-dipped. And the menu will include over 55 dishes, including bacon “flights” for sampling. We’re pretty intrigued by the sandwiches that have woven bacon instead of bread on the outside.
But what should someone call a bacon-themed restaurant in Las Vegas? Bacon Nation, of course!
The restaurant has 120 seats with an open kitchen and brick walls. Marble and wood accents and art work will be a treat for the eyes. And when it comes to the treat for the lips, Greg Costello, Partner of Bacon Nation, had this to say, “Bacon Nation will not only deliver a delicious menu but will be a noteworthy dining experience for guests”. Guess we know now what the “D” in D Las Vegas stands for….Delicious! The restaurant is currently open from 7 a.m. to 2 p.m on Thursdays through Mondays. And closed on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
