To this day, artists are still paying tribute to him at their shows and events. The Foo Fighters have even announced their tribute shows which will be held in the London and also at the Hollywood Bowl in L.A.!
Of all the tributes done so far though, this tribute probably hits home the most. A video has surfaced on the internet of Taylor Hawkins son, Shane playing drums to "My Hero" as a tribute to his father at a block party held this past weekend in California.
The caption for the post, "The Hawk would be proud!" His son obviously will follow in his fathers foot steps! His drumming chops are on point and Shane didn't miss a beat!
