Motorized Scooter Slow Speed Chase At Costco

In Mayfield Heights, Ohio, two men got into a fight over a parking space in a Costco Parking lot. They argued before they went in to shop. One of the men, a 69 year-old man then hopped on a motorized scooter cart and chased the other man down with it!
He ended up smashing into the other mans shopping cart, causing it to knock over! The 69 year-old man also damaged the other mans car before being charged with criminal damage!
We’ve all bee in this situation, but I guess the grumpy old man will come out every once in a while and not take it. Have you gone this far over a parking stall?
