Sammy Hagar is known for his music. He's known for his time fronting Van Halen and also for his solo music career. He's also known for his business ventures he's created or invested in. Well apparently Sammy makes so much money off of his business outside of music, that he never has to make new music again to survive.

Sammy is currently promoting his new Santo Tequila. It's a liquor company he started with chef and Food Network Star, Guy Fieri!  When Hagar was asked if he makes more money off his brands than from his music, he said, "Absolutely!"

Hagar says his money from his businesses allows him to still play music and make music, but more so for fun and enjoyment. He also says it allows him to pay his band members more than normal, which in turn makes them have a good time and happy when they play live!
