In Port Richie, Florida, a hot dog cart owner posts up and sells his hot dogs for a living. Also in Florida, you need a permit to do so. This cart owner had one, but forgot to renew it. The Florida police didn't try to detain the man. All the did was tell him his permit was expired and the hot dog cart owner went into fight mode!

The hot dog cart owner started to assault the officers with his weenies! That's when the officers detained the man and arrested him on assault charges.
