We're not sure what's more crazy about this story, it's another TikTok Challenge or the fact that they did a study and got volunteers to verify this! The new challenge involves you putting a plastic clothes hanger around your neck. They say doing this causes your head to involuntarily turn a certain way!  They got over 100 people to volunteer to test this out and it did in fact work. This was done back in 2015! Now that TikTok exists, the millennials now are making it a challenge! Oye!
