Adele has moved into a new home, once owned by Sylvester Stallone! She paid a whopping $58 Million Dollars for it! The kicker, the home has a life-sized Rocky statue that comes with it!

The home is in a gated community and she has amazing neighbors! She is next to Denzel Washington, Magic Johnson, Justin Bieber, and more! Adele purchased the home with her new boyfriend, Rich Paul. Paul is a sports agent and they started dating about a year ago. When the two decided to move in together, they both decided to buy the home in Beverly Hills.

By the way, the home was bought at a huge discount! The home value is about $130 Million! The home sits on 3.5 acres and is about 21,000 square feet!
