When Netflix announced the price hikes on their subscriptions, people weren't happy. This will be the second time they've raised the prices. Netflix said they did this to allow them to bring subscribers bigger and better content. It seems that the subscribers could care less about the better content and just want to pay less. Netflix has now stated they're looking into an ad based subscription like Hulu that will be cheaper.
