This is very good advice! A Brazilian woman by the name of Poka had very bad stomach pains! She didn't know why, so she went to the doctors. They checked her out and found that her stomach and intestines were full of gas! When they told her, she had mentioned that she was holding in her farts! She had just gotten into a serious relationship, but she didn't feel they were at the point where should could fart in front of him. Well holding in all those farts caused her stomach pains! She said she has learned her lesson and will now let it rip anytime!
