The Norway Military constituents are being asked to conserve their old underwear and bras due to a manufacturer shortage. Since the pandemic, the production of new underwear has decreased substantially. New military members are given used underwear as well that was either donated or kept. Before you wonder if this is sanitary, they are cleaning them before handing them out.
The COVID outbreak has halted production companies and there's no sign of when they will resume, so until then, they will be forced to use, used underwear.
