Disney has increased it budget for content for 2022 by $8 Billion Dollars! They will be spending a reported $33 Billion total on content for upcoming shows, movies, etc.! This also will include expensive sports rights for ESPN as well as ESPN Plus!
Disney also plans to commission 60 unscripted series, 30 comedy series, 25 drama series, 15 documentaries and series, and 10 animated series, which 5 will be made for TV.
