The huge 95 traffic jam/shutdown left a lot of people stuck for almost a day! People weren't able to move because of the huge back up. An Uber driver had a passenger in their car, when the back up happened. Well the driver didn't stop the clock and ended up charging the rider $600 for the ride! Obviously not the right thing to do, but they did. Uber found out and are refunding the rider the money because of the circumstances!
