A man in Memphis was arrested for calling 911. Calling 911 for a false report is illegal and can land you in jail. He didn't file a false report though, he called 911 over 176 times! They traced his phone and found him in a grocery store. When confronted, he said it wasn't him. Well phone records don't lie. He was arrested. He accounted for 12% of the entire 911 calls that day!
