Lakes in Nevada

Sand Harbor at Lake Tahoe

If you haven't been, you MUST go to Lake Tahoe! It's an hour flight, or an eight hour drive from Las Vegas, and it's well worth it. An average of 25 to 30 degrees cooler than Las Vegas, and so much to do - for everyone.

These below pictures were taken at Incline Village. If you're in the area, here are a few of my favorite places:

T's Rotisserie: The best fire roasted chicken, tri-tip, pork, that you'll ever eat! Along with huge tacos and burritos.

Lone Eagle Grille: A beautiful dining experience set against the breath-taking backdrop of Lake Tahoe, and a private beach. Rent a cabana!

The Potlatch: Local art, Lake Tahoe jewelry, home decor that is one of a kind. They've been at Incline Village for 50 years, and it's a great place!

Sand Harbor Beach/State Park: It's a public beach that gets busy in the summer, so get there early! It's also where the Lake Tahoe Shakespeare Festival takes place.
