The Vegas Golden Knights eliminated the Colorado Avalanche last night in round 2 of the Stanley Cup playoffs. Even though the Avalanche was the first team to score, our Golden Knights ended the game with a 3-goal lead. The final score was 6-3, which means the Knights will move on to the Semifinals. The first game of the Semifinals will be on Monday, June 14, 2021 against the Montreal Canadiens. The winner of this round will go to the Finals against either the Tampa Bay Lightning or New York Islanders.

Say what you will about Hallmark Movies and Hollywood Rom-Coms, but this game was a real tearjerker. You’ll especially need the tissue at about the 6:00 mark. Pietrangelo scores! The boys tackle him in a group hug! The fans go wild! THIS, my friends, is reality TV. 🙂
