‘Hocus Pocus 2’ Confirmed By Sarah Jessica Parker

Last year, Bette Midler excited fans of the 1993 film Hocus Pocus when she mentioned in an interview that all three principal stars of the film were interested in a sequel. And today, there has been an official announcement.

Sarah Jessica Parker posted a Hocus Pocus 2 logo to her Instagram account, writing, “Yep. I’m ready. To run.
Amok, amok, amok, amok. #HocusPocus2 arrives Fall 2022 on @disneyplus.”

Bette Midler posted the same graphic to her Instagram, writing, “Sistaaaahs! It’s been 300 years… But we’re BACK!”

Kathy Najimy also posted, writing, “The people have spoken: I smell children…again.”

Disney Plus confirmed the news on their official account, saying, “It’s all just a bunch of Hocus Pocus 2 @BetteMidler, @SarahJessicaParker, and @KathyNajimy will reprise their roles as the delightfully wicked Sanderson Sisters in #HocusPocus2, coming fall 2022 to #DisneyPlus.”
