A woman woke up one morning, walked out to her car and found all four of her car tires were slashed! But not only did she find her tires slashed, she found a severed finger laying next to her car in her driveway! The police showed up and took the finger. They're gonna do some tests and try to lift the prints. The woman believes it was her neighbors, because she recently had an argument with them! If all goes how it should, they'll know whose finger it was. Hopefully that will lead to who slashed her tires. We have more on this story and other weird and wacky stories in today's Other News!
