A man in Japan repelled down the side of a building with no harness to break into a local card shop while it was closed. He broke in to steal some Pokemon cards! Pokemon is still booming for game players and collectors. Prices have gone up on them and he wasn't happy to pay more money, so stealing was the next best decision apparently.
