The good news is the dog walker will be fine and her dogs were found tied to a post and fine. While they were looking for the dogs, Lady Gaga offered a $500,000 reward to anyone who found or gave information leading to the return of her dogs. A woman came forward and said she found them. People were wondering if the reward was paid yet and the answer is no. Lady Gaga hasn't paid it yet. Not because she doesn't want to, but she's making sure this woman has no ties to the dog thief's.
