A woman on a Russian flight was caught running around the cabin of the plane naked. Obviously if it was a US flight, the air marshal would probably step in and arrest the woman. Well on a Russian flight, they tackle her and duck taped her to the seat! And if that isn't enough, she's been charged with "Hooliganism!"
