It's no surprise or shocker that this years Super Bowl will be a little different from past Super Bowls.  There won't be big crowds at the game like previous years.  Many companies aren't buying ads during the game.  And the Half-Time show, which is usually filled with crowds, pyrotechnics, & lights!  Well this year, the half-time show will still go on with The Weeknd set as the performer, but his budget is much less.  To make sure it's still a Super Bowl level performance with all the restrictions, he's invested about $7 Million of his own money to make sure it's a success!  We have more on this story and more in today's Entertainment News!
