MTV has had a great run and then a bad run. The channel that was supposed to be Music TV turned more into a reality tv channel. But back in the day, when they did music shows, they were amazing! Case in point is MTV's Unplugged! All your favorite bands and artists performed their hits stripped down and acoustic. Some of the best audio recordings of hit songs came from that series.
