Even though it has not begun taking reservation for future dates, The Venetian Las Vegas has released a list of protocols the resort will follow in response to the coronavirus pandemic once it reopens.
Thermal cameras have been installed to check guests and employees at every resort entry point, according to the Venetian. Anyone with a temperature of at least 100.4 would be subject to a second screening and a potential medical assessment.
Guests will be allowed to wear face masks and gloves in the property, though masks covering the entire face are still prohibited.
Hotel guests will receive a personal mask, along with an amenity kit that includes sanitizer, disinfecting wipes and gloves.
In the casino, slot machines will be arranged to allow for social distancing, while table games will have a maximum of three chairs.
The number of gondola passengers will be capped at four riders, and gondola pilots will wear facemasks.
