Treasure Island Hotel Casino on the Las Vegas strip is planning to reopen on May 15, according to the resort’s website. The hotel says it will monitor the ongoing situation and follow the advice of federal, state and local governments and health agencies. Treasure Island is owned by Phil Ruffin.
