So you’ve stocked up on the cleaning products and hand sanitizer, now what? Well, another thing you can do to keep yourself healthy during this outbreak is exercise. Keep up that immune system by exercising at home while the gyms are closed. There are lots of things you can do with no equipment that don’t even involve leaving the house.
