Jon Bon Jovi is no stranger to giving back. He is the founder of the Jon Bon Jovi Soul Foundation. The organization fights to break the cycle of homelessness and poverty. Jon has also contributed to other charity causes over the years. This month, he released a new song that honors veterans. Called "Unbroken", the song is written from the perspective of a service member, which was difficult for Jon since he's never been in the military. Jon took the task very seriously, and used feedback from veterans to write lyrics that he believes service men and women would be proud to hear.

And, of course, Jon is using the song to benefit veterans as well. For the first year after its release, the proceeds from the song will go to a non-profit that provides veterans with service dogs at no cost to them.
