Eight years ago, Madonna caused a lot of controversy when she faced the highest court in Malawi to win the right to adopt her daughter. Mercy, then 4-years old, is now 13 and legally Madonna's daughter. Mercy's biological mother passed away when Mercy was just a week old. So Madonna is the only mother's she ever known. Maybe her biological mother was musical, maybe her life with Madonna has inspired her talent, or maybe it's just sheer luck. But Mercy has turned out to be a decent little pianist. A video surfaced recently on Instagram. It shows the teenager playing the piano, Mozart, actually. And she's pretty darn good already.
