I don’t think anyone really believes that it will get so much harder to keep weight off, until it happens to us. I had Baby Z when I was 38, so my metabolism changed with pregnancy. I’m not sure if it was the baby or the age that has made my metabolism stay where it is, but man is it different now. In my 30s, I was that girl that could eat anything, not exercise, and be rail thin. Annoying, right? Well, let’s just say that karma has caught up with me.
So, how do we keep our metabolism up after 40? I found a couple of suggestions that might be helpful. – Wendy
