Hours after the Billboard Awards in Las Vegas last night (May 1), Joe Jonas and Sophie Turrner got married at the A Little White Wedding Chapel Wednesday evening, according to People.
Clearly the couple took advantage of the talent that was in town for the awards show: Diplo was there, and he posted footage of the wedding in his Instagram story, which showed that Turner walked down the aisle as country duo Dan + Shay performed an acoustic version of their hit song “Speechless.” Apparently, an Elvis Presley impersonator officiated the ceremony, which concluded with the pair exchanging ring pops instead of wedding bands. Jonas’ brothers Kevin and Nick were both groomsmen.
According to E!, Jonas, 29, and Turner, 23 — one of the stars of Game Of Thrones — got a marriage license earlier in the day. They originally announced their engagement in October 2017 with an Instagram photo of her engagement ring.
The couple have yet to release an official statement on their wedding.
