It’s been three years since Def Leppard released an album. Which, according to guitarist Vivian Campbell, is just about long enough. Campbell believes that staying creative and occasionally making new albums is vital to keeping a band viable. He says that individually they’ve all been keeping up with writing new material, and he’s certain that next time they enter the studio, they’ll have more than enough material for a new album. This year is too packed with their North American tour, so 2019 is the anticipated year for them to get started.
