John StilesI'm SO grateful to John for inviting me to chat about the new non-profit. The cause is so close to my heart. I see people everyday who are hurting and, in turn, keep hurting themselves and others. People who let fear (of failure, rejection, abandonment, betrayal), drive their thoughts, words and actions. Improv was the catalyst to my recovery from an abusive past. And I am so excited about using this "fun" form of self-love to help others overcome theirs. Thanks, John!!
