Let’s go back to September 13, 1980. Elton John was performing before over 400,000 people in New York City’s Central Park. John had left the stage for a costume change before his encore and emerged wearing a Bob Mackie-designed Donald Duck costume.
There was laughter, funny dancing and quacking. Oh yes…there was quacking!
John may not wear flamboyant outfits like this anymore, but how we wish he’d surprise us all again with something like this!
