Digital Sales Manager

This position works closely with the company’s sales team to achieve and exceed expectations and manage digital budgets for the Las Vegas market. Duties include but are not limited to coordinating, educating and training staff to develop compelling online sales proposals. The ideal candidate must prospect, close and maintain advertising accounts of all digital products and properties.


  • Minimum five years of advertising sales with traditional radio sales experience;
  • Knowledge of online media business and underlying technology and research;
  • Excellent sales skills with track record of success creating relationships and unique sales promotions;
  • Experienced in leading a wide variety of presentations;
  • Proficient with DART, Photoshop, Solbright, Scarborough and/or Google Analytics;
  • Must examine local stations’ Requests for Proposals (RFP’s);
  • Ability to make strategic recommendations to maximize online revenue;
  • Effectively manage advertising and pricing;
  • Valid drivers’ license and vehicle insurance required;
  • BS/BA degree required.
