Latest Tally on the Rock Hall Fan Vote

Bon Jovi and the Moody Blues remain the leaders, by a long shot, in the public vote for the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame's class of 2018.

Bon Jovi is tops with 891,137, according to the Rock Hall, followed by the Moodys with 734,713, Dire Straits at 480,299, the Cars with 431,125 and Judas Priest at 401,304. Voting runs through December 4 at RockHall.com.

Priest frontman Rob Halford tells us his band, for one, will be working to get the vote out up until then:

"I've just been checking the various platforms and there's been an incredible outpouring of love and affection for Priest across the social platforms, again not just in America but worldwide. And I think now it's time to start cracking the metal whip and vote, vote, vote! I shall be going into my politician mode, shortly."

The five Rock Hall inductees are expected to be announced during December, with the ceremony taking place April 14 in Cleveland and filmed for subsequent broadcast by HBO.
